The Otok Development Agency is an institution owned by the Town of Otok, established in 2014 with one clear goal — to transform the potential of the local community into tangible development. We prepare EU projects, provide advice to entrepreneurs and family farms, and work every day to make Otok a better place to live and do business.

Supporting the growth and development of all stakeholders in the local community through the effective use of EU funds, attracting domestic and foreign investment, and fostering a thriving entrepreneurial environment in cooperation with partner institutions.
Vision
An Otok where every entrepreneur, family farm (OPG), association, and local government has access to the information, partners, and tools they need to move forward. An agency that does not wait for problems to arise but anticipates them—and knows how to solve them.

Preparation and implementation of EU projects
We prepare project documentation and coordinate the implementation of EU projects for the Town of Otok — from the initial idea and feasibility study to the final report submitted to European institutions.
Our symbol
Suvara as inspiration
The Suvara of Otok, the only preserved example in Southeast Europe, is a 19th-century horse-powered mill. It is a protected cultural heritage site and the most recognizable symbol of Otok.
Just as the Suvara once took the raw material of wheat and increased its value by transforming it into flour, ORA transforms the potential of the local community into tangible development.
